Very poor service... I ordered delivery and it felt like the person who assisted me did so with reluctance. He was hesitant to provide the total, and when the food arrived, they sent me the wrong order. I requested tortillas, but they didn't include them. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but I received a sandwich made with white bread that only had eggs and ketchup. I had asked for ranch-style eggs, and instead, they sent me eggs with sauce. I basically wasted $22. Terrible attention and awful service.
The customer service was very disappointing. I felt they charged excessively for additional portions. While I understand that extra food isn't free, charging $5 for just a spoonful that contained only three small pieces of meat seemed unreasonable.
The food at Cafe Bethel is truly high quality—you can taste the difference in every bite. This is an excellent Honduran restaurant, and I highly recommend it. The service is outstanding as well. Thank you for a great experience!

Editing my response any issues I have had with my food have been rectified and all of the my orders have been correct lately.
This is a good place for anyone who wants to feel at home, all those Hondurans and Salvadorans this is a good place to visit

Very good pupusas but when ingrid makes them, they are better I love the appetizers that they prepare
