Cafe Bistro - Reservar una mesa

I go to Nordstrom cafe pretty regularly because I love their salads. The food is not cheap but because of the whole experience it has always been worth it to me. Yesterday I went there to meet my friend for her birthday. When I arrived she had already arrived and was sat at a table waiting for me, so I got in line to order our food. I stood in line for about 15 minutes (even though there was only 3 people in front of me). The first person in line had their order taken and then the cashier told the next person that they had to wait 3 minutes to take their order because they were spacing orders for the kitchen. Fast forward to my turn I asked the cashier if she could just take my order so I could go sit with my friend (after 20 minutes) and she said they couldn 't do that. I said I didn 't mind waiting longer for my food, but again basically sorry this is how we do it . I asked for the Manager and an Assistant Manager came over who was even less helpful. I asked where the customer service was and she said sorry! which basically made me feel even less important. I am seriously disgusted with the customer service the only saving grace was Pablo who was amazing in making us feel important when I finally got seated to spend time with my friend! I won 't go there again I will go to the one downtown because they have a system that works! Nordstrom you need to change this system because you have lost a customer and my guess is I won 't be the last!!

Good place for lunch whether shopping or not. Easy ordering process at the front desk, then take the receipt folder to the table (take your copy if you want). Good food, wide menu, fast service. Nice but not fancy. We all liked the food. Family friendly. We saw several multi-generation tables. Kid-friendliness: Several families here. Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to the 2nd floor.
