We were in Saint Pölten at noon feeling hungry and stumbled upon a great find! The restaurant was busy, stylish, and welcoming. The service was friendly and efficient. But the highlight was the food! My husband ordered Menu 2 for 7.50 Euros, which consisted of savory pastries with roasted onions and a leafy salad. It was visually appealing and incredibly tasty! We also enjoyed fresh tap water, which was reasonably priced at around 1.50 euros. Since I hadn't eaten breakfast yet, I decided to go for the DeLuxe breakfast, which included salmon, prosciutto, hummus, cheese, fruit, a glass of Prosecco, and fresh orange juice. Meine Frau und ich waren an einem Dienstag Nachmittag, bei Schönwetter, in besagtem Restaurant/besagter Bar. Draußen sind einige Leute gesessen, drinnen war keiner, außer uns. Bedienung nett, aber etwas unaufmerksam. Saßen 20 min. vor leeren Tellern und hätten gerne noch etwas bestellt, aber leider kam keiner an unseren Tisch und rufen konnte man auch niemanden, da die Belegschaft minutenlang nicht zu sehen war. Schade, bekommt das Geld dann jemand anderer. Ein Grund für mich, diese Lokalität nicht mehr zu besuchen.

Hatten gestern den lauen Frühlingsabend genutzt und im "Schanigarten" des Wellsteins ein Gläschen Prosecco genossen. Dazu hatten wir die Antipastiplatte - und die war wirklich ausgezeichnet! Obwohl nur die normale Größe bestellt, war sie für 2 vollkommen ausreichend! Tolle Bedienung und Weinempfehlung durch den Kellner - gerne wieder einmal!

I am always pleased with my experience here. The lunch was delicious and the menu had a great variety. The restaurant is located in a beautiful former city palace, which adds to the overall cool ambiance.

A bit off but quiet and cozy in St.Pötte. Good rich cake and coffee offer. The city itself does not offer much. But there are some sights.
