In my running for best restaurant in Denver. Went years back and was incredibly impressed, and decided to go again right before Christmas now that I live closer. Drinks are fantastic and a good price. I don't think the menu descriptions do the dishes justice, although it's hard to convey the complex flavors in them. Plantain with cheese appetizer was an interesting combo, and the calamari was really great. I got the seafood copacabana and it was awesome the shrimp and scallops were fantastic as well as the broth. It had a lot of largely cut raw bell peppers (and the plating was very 80's) which felt a little like an afterthought, but did go together with the other components well. My boyfrie...
