I planned two team events with my company there and I reserved in advance. The first event I arrived early to make sure that everything was set up and the waitress just told me “sure you can sit anywhere”. I told her it was a large group and that we would need a grouping of tables and she said “ok” and walked away. I asked someone else if they were going to set up the tables and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. I figured maybe they were having a bad day and I let it go. I made a second reservation and it was the same exact thing, only this time they didn’t want to arrange the tables at all! I had to end up doing it myself and figuring it out for myself to accommodate the large gro...
The service tries hard. Is genuinely lovely. The food looks delicious. Is delicious. The atmosphere is awesome at night. Lots of smiling faces and happy people. The beer is good. What can they do better? Increase their wages and downgrade their buffet. It is the best in town. Cheers P.S. If you have an issue, a problem with an order and whatnot, just try talking to the service first during a calm period. They are usually very understanding and helpful.
Sweet potatoes with two dips of my choice (Sauerrahm and chili cheese) was just amazing!! They put a special extra knife for cutting the pizza which was so convenient. I always struggle with cutting my pizza but it was really easy this time. I hope all restaurants start doing this!! They also had individual wet wipes for cleaning the hands before eating pizza. Amazing idea! The staff are really friendly as well.
Although I like the playlist, it was very crowded after 20:00 and the music was a bit loud so that we couldn't keep up the conversation with my friends but the tea and food were nice. Employees were great and helpful even though they couldn't help with the volume of the songs.
