THIS PLACE IS WORTH THE HYPE I went to La isla ️ n came back!!! The pernil was amazing !!! Everything gives this place a 10/10 can’t wait to come back from flavors to ambiance the service our server was sooo patient and sweet !!! Absolutely amazing! We loved the food everything was delicious! The portions are generous, the food is cooked with love. Our waitress was Samantha she was kind, friendly, knowledgeable! The food was spectacular everything had so much flavor. The ambiance really set the tone (even the bathroom!! We couldn't finish our meals but just HAD to have desert if it was anything close to how delicious the food tasted and we were not disappointed We will be back for sure& im currently recommending this place to all my friends.
The service is terrible. Worst service ever. The guy who brought out the food had a terrible attitude and flung the food on the table. Our server took over but never apologized and/or acknowledged his unprofessional attitude. Never returning to this place and advise you stay far away. Very dismissive staff. Wow, what an embarrassing experience having my friend drive an hour up here to meet for lunch and having such a horrible service experience. We each ordered an additional meal to take home, and when my friend got home, she sent me this picture of the extremely burned bread that her pernil sandwich was on. This is not okay. Who was working in the kitchen and thought that this was okay to serve???
