Cafe De Bella - Reserva de mesa

Popped into Cafe De Bella for some lunch while shopping in Retford , having been a couple of times as it is very good value for money and the variety of food is plentiful. Unfortunately on this occasion I was very disappointed. My partner ordered sausage and mash , and that’s exactly what came , no gravy or side dish of vegetables as stated in the menu . We voiced our disappointment and was offered gravy . My eggs had black bits on from a dirty pan , griddle . So unfortunately we won’t be going back .

popped to old retford town today, me and my wife decided to have some dinner at this café we hadn't tried it before but have walked past many times before to see it always heaving, we ordered two chicken burgers, chips, beans and coleslaw and for under £5 each it tasted great! chicken was cooked properly, chips was nice and the coleslaw was creamy and crunchy not watery and cheap. we will be coming back.

We haven't eaten at this lovely, well-kept cafe in a few years. The food is freshly made and served to a clean table by friendly staff. The menu is colorful and offers a great variety of options. We opted for a light lunch, but saw many customers enjoying their generous dinners and all-day breakfasts. We will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend giving it a try.

I have enjoyed the lovely breakfast at this restaurant a couple of times now, opting for the veggie option. It is convenient to just pop in since it is located centrally to shops, and the food is ready quickly. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious. Stopped in Retford for some lunch in the way to Yorkshire dales. Could not believe this place is cash only, who uses cash these days,didn't know where a cash machine was nearby so found somewhere in the 21st century

The restaurant gave us a warm welcome. The apple pie was perfect. The Frankfurters, onions, burger, egg, and chips were amazing. Everything was on the same level and there was an accessible toilet available.

My children always want to eat here. It’s clean, well presented, reasonable and the portions are huge. A few more vegan options would be fab but overall it’s a great place to eat.

Great menu covers many different foods, from Breakfast lunch and dinner, all casual menu cooked in house in kitchen open to the cafe.
