In front of Dinan City Hall, in the centre of a historic and character city, I discovered the City Hall's café. What was my surprise to discover this welcome and quality of service. I can only advise you to this pleasant establishment and offer a cocktail menu. In addition the proposed tapas will make you travel between zucchini and stuffed peppers, chicken in all its forms and acra or shrimp. Special mention for the talented and accessible chef. A welcome everything that is warmer for this coffee (we feel welcome! , located as its name indicates a few meters from the city hall. The toilets are clean and greedy The Viennese are delicious and very coherent in addition to being very carefully prepared. A Dinan address I recommend without hesitation.
