Cafe De La Paix - Reservar una mesa

while we drove from deauville to amboise, we took a next-trip on a Sunday afternoon with the car and wounded us in argentan. Almost everything in the whole city was closed, but the city is a very typical small French city with beautiful architecture. a city square and a large church plus the cafe de la paix was open. this is an informal place, perhaps family owned. there are seats inside and outside. we had such things as hamburger, eier and fritten. all parts were huge and everything was good. this is a simple place. we were probably the only tourist and we were treated very well. when in argentan they go to the main square and there is the cafe de la paix. you can't miss it and you shouldn...

that is the finest French cuisine, but for the price I think it is hard to beat. the service was a bit strange, as the owner (I suppose) seemed to be a little swung by the haste. the service was fast and hot. no problems with the meal as I do. in title said, the price is right.
