A local friend told us about this address, telling us it 's a bistro in its original form but it 's known to be an institution . Well he was right. The service is attentive, especially towards our 2 year old son. We came in low season and yet the places were well taken at 12:05 p.m. We feel that it is an address known to residents. The cuisine is generous and delicious, especially the specialty croques (monsieur, madame, country or salmon) and homemade fries! In short, a place with history far from the tourist destinations!
Recommended by a friend to eat the Croque Monsieur and it was a really good recommendation Sat outside on a market day so was very very busy but worth the wait. Food was excellent took a time to arrive but it was very busy...so would assume not normal. The place is small and typical for the area.
Superb country croque madame. Between tradition and gastronomy you have found the right place. Laurent and Clarisse spoil you with a smile and kindness every day. Café that has kept its soul. Period decoration. Perfect ! I recommend, but don't all come at the same time!
If you like croque Monsieur you must go there you will not believe your eyes. It is a very local and unassuming restaurant where wine is good and food is cheap but delicious. Portions are enormous. A must!

Déçu de mon plat moule marinière sans goût vraiment, goût moule cuite à l’eau . Le reste était bon : coquillage . Service complètement dépassé et désorganisé .
Good end-of-market atmosphere, cunning spot, to taste brewery dishes at reasonable prices in a small room with vintage décor. Nice welcome. We recommend it.

First Crepe with egg and andouiette. A very beautiful first french restaurant in my holiday. Drink cidro in the traditional cups.
