A restaurant where we come back with pleasure! I came back to the press café last Thursday as part of a Jazz evening. I was tempted by the suggestions of the day: eggs poached with foie gras, sole meunière and ciron pie Praliné. The poached eggs were very well presented, with parmesan chips. This entry was excellent and subtle. The aromas were perfectly balanced. The sole was perfectly cooked and copied. Finally, dessert alone was worth the detour. The balance between lemon and praline was perfect. Bravo to pastry and chef to prepare this excellent meal. Already the meal was excellent, but it was sublimated by this atmosphere of Jazz, led by such an excellent trio of musicians. I had a very good night and I'll come back without hesitation to this restaurant where everything is homemade.
