Un repas tout en finesse. Un foie gras très équilibré et juste mis en valeur sans fioriture... Les ingrédients sont sublimés et frais. On retrouve les goûts... Les desserts sont justes un régal... Enfin un vrai coeur coulant chocolat MAISON ! We ordered the full menu and were treated to an excellent amuse buche to prep our palette , then carpaccio of magret du canard, followed by perfectly roasted pork tenderloin for on of us and ris du veau with a wonderful sauce. Le menu a un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le foie gras maison est excellent. Vraiment aucun point négatif sur le repas, le service et l'accueil de ce restaurant. A refaire.
