Warm greeting as you enter, comfortable seats, plenty of space. Drink order taken very quickly, then a little wait while everything was freshly prepared (so worth waiting for). Amazed at the variety of tastes and flavours, from the savory to the sweet. Unusual in that there were no finger sandwiches, but the tasty mini burgers, pizza 'sandwich ' and the wondrously unusual sweet bread used for the egg and tomato sandwich were delicious. We arrived and were greeted by a lovely gentleman. Cafe was wonderfully decorated and the chairs and tables very comfortable. We were offered coffee/tea. Then the whole experience started. I have never seen so much lovely food. A selection of artisan savouries gourmet sandwiches, a variety of pastries, fancies and home made scones with Cornish clotted cream and preserve. Wonderful is all we can say. Far too much for us to eat. We asked for a goodie bag to take some home. A lovely little carrying holder was supplied. Wonderful touch. Would certainly go again. Visited here today where 4 of us shared an Afternoon Tea and a Desi High Tea . The food looks beautiful and tastes just as good. We couldn't fault the service either in fact they couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. I wanted to try everything but there was so much we've taken some home. Apparently they change the selection regularly so that you don't get bored with the same dishes and if you let them know in advance they'll try to cater for your preferences. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this little gem to our friends.
So much food!! Didn't get close to rearing it all. Beautifully presented, Desi High Tea a novel take on the concept that works really well. Lovely chef/server. Accommodated with amazing gluten free scones (with advance notice). Decor doesn't match up to the amazing quality of the food, so don't be put off by first appearances. Well recommended. Next door also best place in town for a curry (and blissfully unlicensed).

Wow! Just been for afternoon tea with some friends. This was by far the best afternoon tea I have ever had. Top notch! Amazing food, great variety and the best value for money ever. Good friendly service, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this place, and it is one I will be returning to, sooner rather than later.
We went for a pre-booked afternoon tea and it was absolutely amazing. The savoury and sweet options were all amazing made freshly onsite. The tea was delicious too (and I’m very fussy! . We were made to feel welcome and had an all round lovely time. Much recommended!
We have heard old is gold but I saw this lady making her old age a golden age...she is a random person I met in Goa and got truely inspired...this colorful lady truely is spreading colours of happiness and beauty in her little world... tried to capture her spark
