in the historic hotel de l’aigle in couvet with a good restaurant I felt like a change at one night and went into the neighbor village mtiers to have dinner in the old market hall with arkaden, now the restaurant six communes'. I ordered from a friendly waitress one of their summer dishes (proposals de l’t namely ris de veau (sweetbread) et chanterelles (mushrooms) fraiches l’huile de ppins de courges'. I have not seen or tasted black pumpkin seed oil, but many pumpkin seeds. the part was surprisingly great and good. then I ordered an assiette de fromage' (cheese,) which was served with a figue-pinenuts jam on an ardoise' (slate). also well, especially with the tte de moine', cut to a specia...

In three of the same menus, the meat was very mixed and tough twice...once it was ok and looked completely different and was good. When I reported it, the response was that two pieces of meat were not from the same part of beef as the third piece! 48. for a tough, sinewy piece of meat was not appropriate! There was also very little to see of the service. Can't recommend this lovely restaurant! A pity!

we visited motier, because of the “ maison du Absinthe” and after the tour we got hungry. the place is located in the center of the village and you cannot miss it. the dame that served us was very sympathetic, the eating colorful and tasty....Not many possibilities for vegetarian, but in this area they get used to it
