We ate a noon in what is similar to a "restaurant" in the very heart of Chambord. Certe, the place is amazing from its frame, but then what scandal, between the mediocrity of the dishes and the fare more than overexaggerated... We were all sick after the meal! We ordered 2 expresso and a cappuccino. On the expresso nothing to say, which was not the case concerning the cappuccino which is made thanks to an expresso with an addition of milk foam. We took the menus at 15 € and we were very disappointed. This menu is not worth more than 10€. 100 francs for a little salad, a croque, a drink and a dessert that has no taste, it is expensive! The only positive advantage: we eat in the courtyard of the castle. But pass your way a home sandwich will be much better!
Very good reception, we ate sandwiches (6 euros) that were excellent, fresh bread, quality ham. Nice place, little choice on the other hand.
A pleasant moment, served by 2 very friendly people. A little tea the time of a break in the visit of this magnificent castle.
