Too bad, I waited 50 minutes to taste the veal head, gribiche sauce. Excellent this veal head, but in view of the excessive waiting, I would say that the calf was still in the meadow!! It's really better... love in the pre...

Excellent food, great wine and friendly staff. We arrived Friday evening, it was very hot and we were presented with ice cooling spray to help with the heat. The duck was great but the fish even. Friendly atmosphere.

A place you should go if you like good food and central places. Owner Melanie is great and you are always well received and benefit from great atmosphere and food. Would go again everytime I'm in Maubourguet.

Village bar with reasonable kitchen. Unfortunately, the food was law warm and the spaghetti was really skinny. Serving was kind.
