This little pizza place is well set out inside, but didn't have many customers when we were there. We had a large spicy chicken pizza to share and a large draught beer each. The pizza was a nice thin base, with lots of chicken, but it was oddly a little yellowy as I think curry powder had been added to the mix. However, it tasted good and made a satisfying meal, especially accompanied by the draught beers which were very good. Our total bill was just over 28 euros, which wasn't bad for two of us.We didn't try it, but there is also a formula where you can choose a starter and dessert from the buffet, and a main course for a very reasonable price.
we came to lunch and visited the nearby chateau de chambord. other places were either closed or simply too expensive. eating here was great and a lot of it in an open buffet. perfect for people with children who are not looking for skin food. I had. the bark in red wine sauce, which was delicious. eating is local dishes and meaty (no seafood) and really delicious with cold meat, cheese, pizza and ice cream in the offer. the children were happy (a big question,) so we were. very recommended place in a beautiful location at the city square. service was also friendly. we sat with the a/c on a steaming day in summer.
We noticed this outside seating area was full and very animated yesterday, so today we took the hint and ate at Le Commerce. It is very popular with local people and was full, even though it is no longer the holiday season. Even though we arrived later in the lunch hour, there was friendly service, copious portions, a varied buffet for starters, a good choice of main courses, cheese and a huge selection of deserts. All but the main course is buffet style, including the desserts where we saw people eating as many as three! Well worth a visit if you are hungry, you will not need to eat for the rest of the day!
We had different types of pizza here. They serve by portion or for 2 persons to share. The pizza was nice, but quite average in taste; "we have tasted it before" and there's nothing wrong with that. I preferred one with extra cheese and honey on top. We were served quite fast and it was a bit cold outside, so the waiter got a warm jacket for my 9 year old son to wear over his shoulders. That was really nice of him. He also greeted all of us when we arrived at the restaurant by a handshake.A fair meal at a fair price! :)

Had been to the chateau at chambord all the restaurants near the chateau were over priced so decided to check out the surrounding villages and came across cafe de commerce, we asked if we could eat something and were told we only have a buffet which we checked out if was several different kinds of pastas plus some local dishes at €13 per head was very good also wine at €1.30 per glass a great cheap meal !!
Very nice restaurant where we went a couple of times. It is very well run and has a wide assortment of reasonable quality dishes at their buffet, including a very good assortment of desserts. And all for a very nice price. I think it gives the more expensive restaurants in the area a hard time!
After Chambered Bracieux we stopped for lunch at the Café de Commerce. I had faux fillet with frites which was very nice; Ruth had turkey in a champignons sauce. The turkey was a bit dry. The big attraction was the amazing starter band dessert bars - at least for this type of establishment
We had problems explaining the preferences of one of our party but the pizzas were good if not great. Not sure that we got the beer that we asked for either but it was down to our lack of French not the fault of the restaurant. Clean and tidy and staff did their best for us.

Good food, helpful staff and moderate prices. Refined to get buffet which has got many traditional dishes.
Great environment and friendly staff. Combined with very reasonable prices, we had a pleasant evening.
