Cafe Frank Berger

If your doing the Sound of Music Tour which I think many of you reading this will be then take this tip, whilst walking from the bus to the church go into this cafe first for a quick bite to eat and coffee. The rest of the bus party go on to the church first but believe me eating here first then going to the church is better, less crowded. Coffee is great and theres a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Remember eat first then do the church its a lot less hassle.

We had a couple of espresso drinks and a really fine plum pastry at Cafe Frank. It was quiet with some tables in the back beyond the pastry/coffee counter. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was really good. Very hard to resist the other pastries on offer.

Lovely bakery with gorgeous breads and pastries. They do not know how to make coffee though, even with the whiz bang coffee machine standing there.

Quick stop at our visit to Mondsee. The staff was very friendly. Just a few sprouts were good and a drink. Nice little stop.
