I was so glad to find Kolache's place because we're new to Beaver. One Saturday I decided to wake up brightly and early so I can get there immediately when it opens. When I was there, there were a number of people! That means eating must be good. I ordered a variety of sweet and hearty, just to try them all. I love all the sweets. The ivories are 50/50. I found those with bacon are a bit too fat for my pleasure, but otherwise the rest are good, especially those with jalapeños. The Kolaches are freshly baked and the ladies are so wonderful. Come back.

A local gem in downtown Beaver! It?s a mom and pop type place where the food is always delicious. My fiancé and I love their kolaches try to go first thing in the morning when they?re hot. They have a great selection of savory and sweet treats, servegreat coffee, and even have smoothies which are great for a hot day. There?s not much seating and it?s usually packed but theydo a great job of keeping the line moving. The workers are always super friendly and a great eatery downtown!

This is the cutest little place! My iced latte was PHENOMENAL(better than the coffee at the chain coffee store in town in my opinion). The fruit Kolache delicious and always super fresh. Seriously, I could eat like 10 of these things. The employees are very friendly and the cafe has a nice vibe. If you’re area, this place is a MUST to visit!

In the quest to find good Texas food one day, my friend mentioned Kolaches and how much he missed them. He explained to me that they're these delicious Czechoslovakian treats made with sweet bread and traditionally filled with fruit, and sometime savory delights.
