Location is nice and I loved the terrace! It looked like a typical ice cream shop so we got eis and a coffee. The eis wasnt my favorite- not bad by any means just not to my taste. I always get oreo eis and here it just tasted like vanilla. However, the others really enjoyed their eis and coffee. Then at the end we waited and waited. There were 4 workers and just us and one other table but still it took a while to get anyone to come over. Actually the other table had the same problem and got up to get someone to cash them out. Then we ended up doing the same.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, the ice cup was really nothing special! The service was very limited, ordering and payment had to be made in the café itself! Staff up to a man very uncertain, simply miss the place! Previously the ice cream café was very good, great boss and friendly staff! Shame, price and performance do not vote here!
The current concept, the guest must pay for order to the counter and immediately, may have reasons. As a guest, it is necessary to get used and has something of a canteen feeling. The quality of food and drinks has not suffered. Maybe the concept can be switched back to normal.
My son and I went to get some ice cream with a friend while on our family visit to Germany. While she had the panini; my little man had the spaghetti ice which had 3 bowls of ice and plenty of cream and I enjoyed my maraschino cherry bomb. We will be back. Reserva una mesa ahora
