Hurry, don’t walk! We visited a few authentic spots that were a letdown, offering bland raw masa, tasteless curtido, and watery red sauce. But this place? The roasted tomato red sauce is rich in flavor and perfectly thick. The pupusas are creamy, chewy, and absolutely delicious, topped with an indulgent amount of cheese. The curtido is bright and crispy, not soggy, with just the right hint of spice and oregano. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
