This is a brewery that has changed well since our last visit! We arrived without having reserved for dinner. a waitress puts us at a table and gives us the menu. After 45 minutes of waiting, we rested the menu, no one came to search for our order. The waitress is apathetic and totally disorganized, spending her time brewing air instead of observing the room and going to see customers. A change of staff is necessary!
