This was a superb restaurant Every single thing was delightful. It's a small but lovely space. We had the octopus and scallops for our first course. I've never had scallops so tender and flavorful. It was served with a bacon hash that was divine. Second course was the special Jersey tomato salad and the artichoke and chickpea bruschetta. Chefs kiss is all I can say. For the third course we choose the pan seared halibut that was absolutely delicious over a sweet pea and pancetta risotto and I ordered the Lobster BLT scampi. Shrimp and lobster with bacon and cherry tomato over pasta. Again delish. This was a great find and I can't wait to go back. BYOB always a plus

We have tried to have dinner here every Summer since the Seventies. Cafe Loren has always been special for refined dining. The menu has a good mix of favorites and specials which keep the restaurant fresh. Our party enjoyed the steak, branzino, short rib and halibut. We started with clams casino, grilled oysters, blue crab and seafood bisque. All food was delicious. BYOB helped keep the total bill for four just under $300 excluding tip.

Cafe Loren in Avalon is as good as any fine restaurant in Naples. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is top notch. Caesar salad is amazing, served with a thin Parmesan wafer and crostini. The mussels in curry sauce are delicious. Sea scallops and halibut were amazing. Absolutely the best and finest restaurant in the area.

We enjoy going to different restaurants while at the shore. This was out first visit to Cafe Loren and we were quite pleased with our experience. The food was suberb and the service was excellent. We have been going to Cafe Loren for almost 20 years. Every dining experience has been excellent. The food the service are always top notch! Whether it's the nightly special or all the favorites on the menu, the food is always excellent. We are forever customers!

Haven't eaten at Cafe Loren in a very long time. We've definitely missed out. The food was creative and incredibly well prepared. I heartedly recommend Cafe Loren to anyone looking for fine dining on 7-Mile Beach.

First time for us at Cafe Loren. Highly recommend this restaurant. Amy, our server, was very helpful and attentive. Food was amazing, so fresh and delicious. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.
