Wenn ein Koch die einfachsten Gerichte nicht hingekommt, sollte er seine Grossmutter fragen, was gute Bratkartoffeln ausmachen. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. We were in Munich for a romantic reconnection my wife and I of 17 years. That long over do honeymoon I guess you could say. I was not expecting a romantic vibe here so that was expected. But what I was expecting to have, which they are world renown for, was their Black Forest cake. This cafe, which has been touted on international tv shows for this cake, their pretzels and all the other luscious deserts and chocolates they serve, and the one thing I understood their most popular for is not available. Bad planning in the kitchen I'd say. May want to think about finding a back-up pastry chef who can make these in absence of your primary pastry chef. Surely someone else in the team knows how to...
Oh deary, deary me, we all fell in love with the staff, especially the lady from Armenia. Great service despite a very full cafe. Great coffee and cakes. Outside seating if you're lucky. We managed to get a table for four inside. Shelves full of confection all boxed and ready to give as gifts. Mementoes of Munich Town. We enjoyed our dalliance there immensely. Do drop in - you won't regret it.

i went to the waiter and asked nicely can we have a table for 6 he yelled at me saying its full and i have no idea when we will have availability the voice tone and face expressions was really shopcking ! infront of the customers they were even shocked with his attitude if i were to judge munich by this experience i would travel right now back home i feel offended!Sent from my iPhone
Wer gerne lange wartet und ignoriert wird ist hier richtig. Habe als erstes eine dreckigen Teller bekommen, den der Kellner dann mit dem Daumen versucht hat sauber zu rubbeln. Ohne Erfolg, den Teller habe ich trotzdem bekommen.Essen war gut nach dem es endlich da war.Werde ich wiederkommen????
feines Frühstück, alles sehr frisch und in sehr guter Qualität. Der Service war aufmerksam und gelaunt. Später waren wir zu Kaffee und Kuchen dort, die Patisserie ist sehr lecker.Auch die Kaffes oder der Espresso ist zu empfehlen.Kommen gerne wieder einmal.
Grazioso Café, con un lontano gusto da belle epoque. Servizio garbato, anche se non fulmineo. Gelati generosi. Torte buone, selezione non affascinante. Aperto alle 5/6 di domenica, dettaglio da non sottovalutare a Monaco. Da provare, le colazioni.

We had great lunch with very delicious food. Cakes are just overwhelming. Good service by very nice waiter. Bit higher budget place but worth it.
