the cafe Niedermayer is a combination bakery and caffe in ramsau at the intersection of in the tal street and route 305. while we were in town for a few days, we had the opportunity to visit Niedermayer several times. the bakery has a large selection of were for sale and seems to pay a great deal of attention to the delivery. on the east wall of the bakery is a vaulted door that leads to caffe, where you can sit and order from an breakfast and lunch menu. the caffe is attractive, both light and cozy. the waiting staff was generally friendly and some speak English. the breakfast menu offered a lot of breakfast sets as well as a la carte article. the meals were delicious and quickly prepared....

Von Mo - Sa 6 - 18h (Cafe und Laden) oder/und So + Feiertage 6.30 - 9.30 h (Laden) sollte man es nicht versäumen diese Bäckerei aufzusuchen. Gegenüber des Ramsauer Haus des Gastes, mit eigenen Parkplätzen ist das überhaupt kein Problem. Vom Bio-Holzofenbroten, (Kümmel-)Wecken, Stuck im Herbst, Streuselkuchen, Creme- und Sahnekuchen, Nougatkringel (!), Frischei- und Dinkelnudeln, Ramsauer Bruchschokolade, Watzmanntorte, jede Menge unterschiedlicher Semmeln bis hin zum Laugengebäck u.v.m. - es ist alles empfehlenswert! Wir waren auf einem kurzen Abstecher im Cafe Niedermayer.Da wir erst Nachmittags dort waren, bot sich natürlich nicht mehr all so viel Bäckerei Artikel an.Wir entschieden uns für ein Croissant, Granatsplitter und Nussecke.Alles schmeckte großartig!Preislich wird hier echt nicht übertrieben.Beim nächsten mal, wissen wir, wo wir unser Frühstück holen. ;) Reserva una mesa ahora
Bei jedem Urlaub im Berchtesgadener Land besuchen wir das Café Niedermayer. Wir haben es noch nie bereut. Handgemachter Kuchen und einen richtig guten Kaffee - was will man mehr - und das zu normalen Preisen. Einziges Manko - ein entkoffeinierter Kaffee ist nicht zu bekommen.
