I had a fantastic first experience at this restaurant! The friendly and laid-back staff contributed to a warm, neighborhood vibe. The food is fresh and made to order. I particularly loved the breakfast burrito with added bacon (I requested no cheese or sour cream due to my dairy intolerance), and it was still delicious! I appreciated that the potatoes were cut smaller, so I didn’t end up with huge bites like I've had at other places. They had a lavender latte as their special drink of the day, and they offer almond and soy milk, which is a great option. The lavender flavor was just right—not too strong, but definitely noticeable. The sandwiches were really good and a good size portion. They use good bread and good ingredients and it makes a big difference. We had the roast beef and wicked piggy, both of which were very good. The horseradish cream and Sriracha cream cheese made the sandwiches. The guy (I think an owner) was super nice and gave me a free cup of coffee to try (it was strong but not too overpowering or burnt) and mentioned they have a shop in Oakland too. The inside is small so it's more of a take out place, but there is a small counter that could fit 4 or 5 people and some tables outside. I'll definitely go back.

I decided to check out this restaurant after seeing all the wonderful reviews, and I was not disappointed. It's a family-owned place with really warm and friendly owners. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. I had the breakfast burrito and a latte, both of which I highly recommend. Although the indoor seating is limited, there are some chairs and tables outside for dining.
As many have noted, this place is definitely a hidden gem! I happened to drop by on a whim while waiting for my car, and it surpassed all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, and my turkey sandwich was simply delicious. The restaurant also has a really inspiring backstory. Make sure to pay a visit! They provide Wi-Fi and have a lovely outdoor seating area too.
A cute and cozy little spot with absolutely amazing food and pastries. The breakfast burrito and orange muffin blew me away. Great food, great experience. I will definitely be back!
