The food here is always exquisite, but I was a little surprised at some lacking service yesterday. My husband's pork chop dish was inedibly salty, and it took so long for the waiter to return that I had already finished my entree. My husband did not want to have me wait for his entree to be replaced, so we were forced to leave with him still hungry. The waiter apologized once but did not seem to be overly concerned and did not ask a manager to come by or anything beyond just taking away his dish. We were just a little surprised and disappointed that nobody really seemed upset that he was leaving hungry. Probably will not return here again.
My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at Cafe Nuovo. I wanted to surprise them but I live in Knoxville. Well, the amazing staff helped me surprise them with a bottle of champagne and dessert. Christian made my parents feel very special and they said that the food and service (thank you Christian I.! were brilliant. Thank you again for creating a lasting memory for the best parents ever!
We had a very positive experience. We were a little but got seated right away. Our Server was very attentive. The food and wine were excellent and our server facilitated our sharing of the appetizers.
As expected, the food, service, and overall experience was excellent. From appetizers, main course, and dessert it was a wonderful experience including celebrating a birthday for one our party.

The food was delicious! Try the cauliflower appetizer. The swordfish Was perfectly cooked. Our server allowed us a leisurely dining experience Altogether a terrific evening.
This was our first visit to Cafe Nuovo and it will not be our last! Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely unbelievable.
I took my wife to dinner for her birthday. This is my 3rd visit and now my favorite upscale restaurant.
Wonderful outdoor seating and food was amazing. Our server handled our large group with no issues.
