Cafe O'GARRA - Reservar una mesa

We had been here before for aperitifs and ice-creams and it is very nice as a cafe outside of mealtimes. However, at lunchtime in Summer it struggles to cope: the service is not great and the quality of the food is average but nothing more than that. Still, it is cheap and does not hold itself out as a gastronomic restaurant, so it is fine for a cheap meal if you're not in a rush.

A brewery like you like to find in the Basque Country! Very good time, a prepared local cuisine with care. Perfect.

We stopped drinking a drink, the neighborhood is beautiful but the reception is pretty cold.
