I don’t think we have had good service on any occasion, the staff always seem abrupt and rude. We have tried 3 times now. This week was by far the worst visit we have had. The waitress was so miserable and rude. The service was really slow and we ended up not having the last 2 dishes as it was so slow. 40 minutes between the first few dishes arriving and when we finally gave up and asked for our bill. When we did ask the waitress blamed us for not booking in advance! This Spanish restaurant is truly excellent and authentic. The service is outstanding, the food is amazing, and the value is unbeatable. I have to give a special mention to two exceptional employees who made my experience unforgettable: Foxy and B. B was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, the restaurant's history, and the philosophy behind their Ole Tapas cuisine. I have been speaking to Juan for a couple of weeks about food for my partners birthday. He kept me informed at all times. I picked up the food and it was well presented and packaged well for me to take to home for the party. Everyone loved the food. I have to say it was delicious. This is the go to authentic tapas place in MK. There is great variety and our kids love eating here. The staff are uber friendly and the food is delicious. It's one of our favourite places to eat out.
