we were here for the first and last time. by phone a table reserved for the brunch (23 hours before) and then arrived there with fewer people. We apologised for this and did not expect to be angry, as many places were still free. incorrectly thought: we were first pointed out that this is usually not so and that you must pay the buffet for the missing persons (to 15 euro each) if you do not leave 24 hours beforehand. I explained that I only reserved the day before by phone and no one pointed out to me. it was said that, exceptionally, no problem. we were brought to our table, which was very tidy, and a canned coffee was put to us. good, on the buffet. here there was a selection of cut and cheese (partly empty, supp)e, wobble, mett etc. also eggs, rührei and sausages. speck and mirror eggs were empty (and were no longer replenished). Furthermore there were many different rolls, croissants and cakes. the cake stood right next to the toaster, just like the ones saw. that was noticed later when eating, as everything soft or the saw was liquid. then we ordered fresh eyes and waited approx. 15 minutes. there was also a good tea selection, unfortunately no kakao (costet extra.) on a separate table there was still a selection of fruits, cerelia and pudding. obst and pudding were refilled on note within 20 minutes. everything was so delicious, but I don't think it's worth it. there are breakfast buffets with more choice and at a fair price elsewhere. we also noticed during our visit the flyer, in which the brunch is pointed out. there was also that there was a glass of champagne. this, however, seemingly only for demand and with waiting time. we were again reminded that we had to pay more. not really nice and that has already been discussed. I find it unnecessary to mention it all the time. you could have gone again and let everything fall. a legal basis to request the money from the customer I do not see here. my recommendation: the customers on the phone also (and not only on the flyer) indicate that you need to pay for the total number of reserved persons and not constantly point out to customers who did not know it, and please extend or refill the buffet regularly. is said to be bought for all previously announced guests...then the cut and the touch would never have been enough.
