Reservations are highly recommended here; on one recent visit (without a reservation the restaurant was extremely full, and the wait time for a table was approximately 1 hour. However, it was worth the wait--everything here is top notch. (On my most recent visit with reservations there was virtually no wait. The host and wait staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient (though they do tend to push things along quickly to enhance turnover . The atmosphere inside is cozy and lively, and every dish we ordered was delicious. There's a reason this restaurant has thrived for 30 years.
This place is nice...Decorated with photos of all the important people who have visited...Low lighting...Menu is filled with yummy items...I had lobster ravioli that were absolutely delicious...The prices are a bit high, but the food is good and service is attentive...I liked it...Not a place to go everyday, but once in a while it's nice...We had no reservations, but they found a place for us in 10 minutes...That was also nice...
I've been going to Prima Pasta for years and never had a disappointing experience. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel so welcome. The Caesar salad is great. When getting the bread, ask for the oil dip! You won't regret it. My favorite dish there: Corvina Francese!!
