during my visit to starnberg and between the dates I decided to have a light lunch in the cafe prinzregent, which belongs to the hotel Bavarian hof. while the interior of the restaurant was exceptionally well made, I decided to dine outside on the terrace. I had a couple of beers and a bowl of soup with rolls. the food and the service were wonderful, just as the view from the terrace. for light lunches and desserts, this is a wonderful place to eat.

the cafe prinzregent is open from 7:00 to 18:00 clock and offers a wonderful breakfast buffet with freshly baked rolls, dark broths, croissants, jams, cold cuts (German cheeses, fresh fruits, müsli and much more and light lunches and snacks. friendly staff. near the train station in starnberg. the breakfast is served with the price of the room.
