This is the worst Cafe Rio location in Las Vegas, not only does the food taste worse than the other Cafe Rios in the city the service it's terrible! I placed a mobile order to pick up a few different times here and always when I show up at the pickup time my ticket is just sitting there and my orders aren't even started. Today this happened again and when the worker finally made my order, the cashier just placed it on the counter to be bagged up, it sat there near the cash register getting cold for almost 10 minutes before I became impatient and walked up to the counter and inquired about my order again. They always forget one of the items in the order whether it be the guacamole sour cream...
I've never encountered such a stingy portion before that I felt the need to write about it. I ordered my usual tostada and trusted the staff to fill it generously, but as you can see from the photo, the bottom of the container is barely covered. In all my previous visits—except for one—the containers have always been filled to the brim, and I've left satisfied. Additionally, the guy didn’t even add the crunchy strips that make it so much better. I'm not sure if management is instructing them to reduce portion sizes or if there was just a mistake in training. I tried to salvage it by dousing it in hot sauce.
I have been to this location several times (and several other Cafe Rio locations). This is the worst managed. I have routinely ordered online only to have the order delayed 20-30 minutes beyond the order window or sometimes not fulfilled at all. The in store line is even slower. It would be great to have a well-managed location next to UNLV but this is not it.
We always like to have breakfast at Cafe Rio on Sundays. We usually go to the one on Henderson and I think we will continue like this since the Maryland location is quite dirty and the condiments they use are not very fresh, not to mention the poor attitude of the girl who is serving us ?

I ordered a salad and these mfs made my salad upside down . Like why would you even do something like that. I'm pissed off enough to make a review like that was just dumb. Then had these big pieces of lettuce chopped by a neanderthal. CHIPOTLE ALL DAY NEVER EATING HERE
Servers were not friendly and was not paying attention to my needs. They were out of a number of things. The dining room seems dark. I go to Cafe Rio a lot, but this particular location is not one I would go back to.
Order was completely wrong Food under cooked and bland Items I paid for not received $55 what a waste of money as I had to get more food for family from hotel!! Tortilla were raw and is thick
Food is always good, this location gives you small portions of chips which I never understood... why would you only give a few chips with queso.

Buffet style food service, good options and good food taste. Hand made tortillas grilled there.b
I recommend good food, fresh and very good courtesy.
