Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

I am not normally a big fan of cafe rio due to the fact that I have never had the opportune chance to live close enough to one but I recently went with a friend and my overall experience was quite excellent. The dining room was very large and accommodating and everything that I saw was well kept and clean. The things that really impressed me was there customer service. I got the sweet pork burrito and got a considerable amount of meat. They also gave me the desired extra cheese without a single hesitation. It is very clear that they value there customers more than being frugal in food quantity and quality. Everything that I wanted with my food was accommodated to and it was very good. I felt very satisfied. The only other comment that I would make is that there drink dispenser does have a limited amount of soda's. 5 stars for sure!

While ordering my husband had a hard time hearing what the server was saying. After he asked if she could please repeat what she said he was told that he would have to pay more attention. Then at the register he was told the card wouldn?t go thru unless there was a tip included. This twerp behind the counter needs to check herself. This is a close community and word gets around on how customers are treated. Way too many better places to eat like Chipotle?s. Oh, and the order was wrong on top of the rude service.

I didn't care for their food (flavor, presentation, quantity), or service. It's not authentic mexican food, (no corn torrillas)a cross between Chipotle and Taco Bell.

Fantastic barbacoa tacos, and really accommodating when we want to meet with larger groups after church. Very friendly staff, and clean restaurant

My go to is the sweet pork salad. The sauce is legendary. Mint limeade could've used a refill buy other than that it's great.
