At a birthday party for my grand daughter me , my wife and daughter were hungry so I looked for a cafe for something to eat , I must say I got the roast beef dinner meat was very tender, potatoes were creamy,and the vegetables and gravy were to die for my wife and daughter took the chicken wrap with chips and garlic potatoes absolutely beautiful they said there was so much food we all had a container full of our food to take home . The place was beautiful and clean and the service we got beat many hotels we’ve been at . If your looking for a birthday treat or valentines meal try it out we can’t recommend it enough
Do not go if you are a coeliac. Even though menu states g/f options, my husband was served a dish that wasn't gluten free. The server was informed of his condition while taking orders and he asked for the g/f option without the stuffing. He received his dinner with stuffing and when he enquired whether it was gluten free the server replied yes,then came back 5mins later to say that it wasnt. Chef and servers don't seem to understand the implications of coeliac suffers eating gluten/wheat-very disappointing!
We've had several work lunches at Rossi's each and every time the staff have been polite helpful. Waiting time on being served and the food coming out have always been short with most time waiting to be served 10 minutes and an additional 15-20 minutes for the food when the restaurant was busy. The food is reasonably priced and of a good quality for the priced comparison. Can't recommend Rossi's enough for a quick lunch time bite.
Cafe Rossi use to be fantastic, food and service. However, the last couple of times we have been, the food seems to have gone downhill. The service is shocking, rude staff both times, today the waitress with glasses was really rude. The last time the man seemed like he didn’t want to be there and taking our order was a chore. Definitely won’t be back and it’s a shame as really use to look forward to going here!

Food looked absolutely fantastic however didn’t get to try it as waited for over 20 mins for anyone to come take our order . No one arrived so we left . Very disappointing considering cafe was quiet enough at the time of visit
Been going here for years and it's always reliable. Great food, big portion sizes and good service. Very cheap prices for a restaurant too. Best in Ballynahinch!
Excellent customer care and the food was outstanding as always we travel from Belfast down it’s really worth a visit and good to eat out somewhere different
Beautiful food,lovely staff, plenty of space between tables we were not rushed out as they were busy with Mother’s Day .
