Very underrated. Tonight was food truck night in the Milk District 12/15/2020. There was a lot of people out and plenty of options to choose from. Some of the trucks had long lines and I'm glad they did. There was no one in line at CRE.and that's why I chose them. Really glad I did! There are several components that stood out to me. LAMB BURGER A+ Lamb Patty was very tasty and if I'm not mistaken, it was 100% lamb. I loved the goat cheese which I would say, they did not skimp on. Fresh Cut homemade FF?!! Such a wonderful experience! Went to the Seafood festival yesterday in DT Sanford to explore the food trucks. Went to a few that weren't bad but didn't satisfy. We ordered the crab cakes and po boy. Crab cakes were the perfect amount for the price and drizzled with balsamic reduction that honestly makes my mouth water thinking about it. My fiancé got the po boy and the shrimp were cooked perfectly! No greasy fried items at all and the sauce was amazing! I have ordered from the place twice, once for lunch, and once for dinner, and still have not tasted the food. Both time my orders have been canceled because the place is closed. The second time my order was canceled over an hour after it was placed. By the time my family was able to eat dinner it was almost 8pm. I will not be trying to order from them ever again.
Food truck was in our community today. Tried the shaved ribeye steak sandwich, and the chicken fingers. Both came with hand cut fries. Both tasted GREAT!

The absolute best lunch in lake county. Wherever Cafe Rouge Express is, get there. It’s worth every effort. No question. 11/10 would recommend!

The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was fantastic, and the homemade fries were simply delicious! Truly an amazing meal!
Awful food! Don't waste your time on this food truck! The pictures say it all. I ended up throwing it away.
