Flavor of food was good. “Fried ice cream” was trash. I’m sorry but deep freezing a giant ball of mid-level ice cream and rolling it in cornflake crumbles does not make it fried ice cream. I don’t know if it’s some sort of shortcut used when the waitstaff can’t keep up, or if youve Anglo’d up the menu even more. Kid-friendliness: Kiddo loved the place. We stop here every time we come through Island Park. We love their arroz con pollo, Pollo con crema, and anything that has their sweet pork in it! We travel a LOT, and try a lot of Mexican food, but we haven't found any restaurants that come close to the food at this location. Add in the patio with the river running peacefully by, and how can you go wrong?
Food was delicious! My wife and I both got the Thursday special for the burrito and drink and the burrito was large we only ate half of each burrito. The queso dip was also really great! Chips and salsa was nice to have while ordering! Good place to come for a date! Thats how much we loved the queso ate it all gone!
Tourist trap food. Always want to rush you in and rush you out. Tables weren’t wiped clean. Server had bad attitude and could tell he didn’t want to be there, made it very uncomfortable to eat. This happens every time we go. Salsa tasted watered down and chips were stale. Reserva una mesa ahora
Freddy at the Island Park location KILLED IT! It was a very busy time and he was amazing, even remembering to bring us a new fork. Just fabulous! The food was amazing too!
Food was fine nothing particularly notable either negative or positive. The service was harried, possibly because they sat us upstairs on a busy Saturday night.
We sat out on the deck with live music playing. It was great! Dinner and a show! Who could ask for anything more?
