Cafe San Remo - Reservar una mesa

We alway love going for a walk at the Lido and then stop for coffe and something to eat in the cafe. More in the summer as the weather is better so we can sit outside as we have a dog. Today we decide to go for a walk with our dog and just get a coffee on the go as it’s freezing outside. With our surprise now they have an area inside that it’s dog friendly so decided to have something to eat as well. Well done Carmine and Eleonora, a great addition to your café. The only disappointment is that people without dog sits in the dog friendly area despite being free tables in the other area

If I could, I would give it 0 stars... I waited 28 minutes for the waffles... you might think it's Saturday, 2:30 p.m. crowds... You have to wait... Well, not necessarily... After a polite reminder, after 20 minutes the lady prepared the waffle maker and she took out the dough to bake... What are the other two ladies doing... I don't know... The desserts were not served at the same time, the ice cream was already finished and the waffles were not ready.... Seriously, this is a joke where is the manager of this place? tabernacle? Is it based only on good reviews?

Lovely location and it ends there. The hot food is abysmal. I ordered a pizza, thinking that the Italian name and owner would stand for something. I'm afraid not. I took one look at the pizza swimming in oil on the plate and left it. The coffees were equally bad. The milk was scorched and the coffees so hot that 15min later they were still to hot to drink. Needless to say, I decided to go eat somewhere else. Definitely do not recommend.

I waited 45 minutes at the table before someone came to take my order. Despite being warned, the staff said they would come but never did. The ice cream was delicious, but the service seemed disorganized. I waited another 47 minutes without any attention. I don't blame the staff, as they seemed to be doing their best, but there just weren't enough workers on hand.

The manic and unapologetic cook was unable to make a proper Greek salad (it was listed on the board)and it took 30 minutes to come. No feta. Very few in the cafe so not busy. The charming young lady on the till coped very well in the dire circumstances, offering free coffee.

Delicious ice cream desserts and coffee. The best in town. Delicious pancakes and waffles. Very nice service. In the summer, there is an open garden with a dozen or so tables. You can come with your dog.

The cakes and ice cream at this restaurant are excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and secluded, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The ice cream and waffles at this restaurant are so delicious, I will definitely be coming back again! The service was also very nice.

the cake tastes like plastic and I've had better desserts. service like in any pub. the atmosphere is nice but not crazy.
