Cafe Trang Bistro - Reserva de mesa

The shrimp spring rolls are substantial and come with a spicy peanut sauce that is simply divine. By far, that was my favorite dish! We also tried the honey glazed pork sandwich, which was fantastic. Additionally, the cream cheese wontons were wonderfully crunchy and flaky, and the sweet sauce served with them was an ideal complement. And I can't forget about their boba—it's hard to believe just how delicious it is! The honeydew flavor was absolutely amazing. We are definitely planning to return very soon because we’re completely hooked!

We ordered two kids pho with brisket, popcorn chicken, honey pork bun w an egg roll and a peach boba. Delicious! The kids pho didn't come with toppings, but there was plenty of sprouts to share from my bun. The popcorn chicken was really heavily breaded so we probably wouldn't order again, but the flavor of everything else was delicious. I guess cafe/bistro means disposable cutlery and dishware these days which I'm not crazy about but the portions were good. I would absolutely return!

I've come a few times. I love the flavor and the food. There one in Lehi that is my Favorite location. But everything I come here they always under serve me. Like the bowl of noodles is never full especially when I order a large which is upsetting. I feel like they should giving a normal amount. Like the other location. I still love the food just the service at this one sucks.

This is the first pho restaurant I've been to that asks the customers to tip but doesn't serve them. They yelled our name out to pick our food up and had us clean up after ourselves too. What the heck was the tip for if I'm serving myself? Portions are small. They give you one small sauce container and charge you if you want more. Not worth it, I will not be coming back. I love eating here it is delicious! They have lots of amazing options. The service was awesome and the staff taking our order were very kind. We quickly got our food so not a long wait. Good for a quick, healthy, delicious lunch.

Great quick pick me up of hot pho'!! I got the brisket and meatball. Food was good!! Service was excellent!! Ambiance was relaxing calming. I could sit in here all day!!

I told my daughter she could choose any restaurant she wanted for her birthday lunch, and she picked this one. The food was fantastic!

Everything is always amazing. I get pho every single time and the Vietnamese egg rolls are fantastic.

The pho is always soooo good. Steak with extra veggies. Love this place!
