The restaurant and wine bar is next to and upstairs from the Cafe Wagner. Different menu. We sat down and noticed menu was all in German. When waiter came over we asked about English and he said he only knew a little and if we couldn 't read german, that could be a problem , however, once we began talking with him he was just fine with English. Instead of deciphering the menu, we asked him suggest something. We ended up with some nice cheeses, a crepe with salmon and carpaccio and a great local white wine. All and all, a good afternoon light lunch.
This is a nice restaurant and pricey too. The waitress spoke little English and the menu was all in German. We took a guess and I ordered the chef special and my husband ordered the tuna. Tuna was ahi tuna steak so rare/not cooked if you like that (we don't). Mine was a fish with head and skin on it. Husband ate it and said it was good. The wine and bread and soup were all delicious.
Sunny day and needing refreshments we stopped here for coffee and hot chocolate. Coffee was good,the hot chocolate alas rather too sweet for me. Saw the cake portions, be hungry as they are very generous. A tad expensive compared to other places. That said very pleasant to sit outside. Blankets provided against the chill wind.
We stopped here for breakfast, however found the options too pricey for what you get. We ordered two cappuccinos, a crepe with chocolate sauce and a piece of apple cake, which were all nice. Definitely nothing to rave about, but the service was fine and the sweets tasted decent.

Dont take the Irish Coffee here. Ask before. the waitress was friendly and tried to correct the problem
