Cafe Wernbacher

This cafe was wonderful. It offers a mix of classic Austrian dishes as well as salads and food the whole family can enjoy. My daughter had the house special potato soup which was outstanding and I had the Schnitzel which was delish! We went back again to eat here on our last day in Austria because it was so good. The schinkenfleckerln were so good. The servers were fast and friendly. You'll love this little cafe. Guaranteed.

We ate here twice on consecutive evenings, and also had coffee the next morning. Food was very good both times, and the rather serious (but efficient) waiters loosened up a bit on our second visit. Good ambience both outside and inside, and house wines are very good. Only negative was the coffee - very little coffee but topped up with lots of foam to make it seen like a full cup.

We went due to trip advisor reviews and it was lovely.Tasty Goulash with dumplings which seem to be fried.My husband had the beef burger which was also good. It came with round crinkle cut fries.Staff were attentive and friendly.Plus clean pleasant restrooms.Definitely recommend.

We had breakfast here most mornings and often drinks at night. Well used by locals and serves good quality food with good value. Very friendly and efficient waitress in the mornings and bar staff/waiters at night - recommended

Great beers, great food, great coffee and friendly service. Short walk to the train station. Nice and central. Will give brekky a try tomorrow!!
