This was my first time trying this restaurant! Allison was beyond patient with me and helped me select the right size of everything and gave me strong recommendations on what to get! Then this manager named JC put his two cents in on how I shouldorder my food and also his suggestions! When I say they take customer service to the next level that?s exactly what they do! Itwas so good I decided to eat in the restaurant and I never dine in! They checked on me after I finished my meal to ensure that Iwas satisfied and gave me suggestions for the next time! Loved this food and the location was inviting just like the Mangerand his team!l If I could give 10 stars I would that?s what the deserve
I have been coming here for a long time and I have to say my experience dining here has significantly improved as the store is under new management. The store is clean and inviting and the staff is super helpful. The food is always great, but this 5 starreview is for the staff and especially the manager, JC. Every time I come in, he is engaged with his staff. Not to mention, Jcmakes sure your catering orders are taken care of. My office had stopped ordering catering from Cafe Zupas before because theywere always late. The last two times we ordered from JC, the food was perfectly prepared and on time. Highly recommend both dinein and catering!
This place is awesome. Great price for a great tasting meal. My first time and I love it. They opened a sweet green across the street and I had tried that place as well. Hands down this place gives you more for less and it's just as healthy and tasty. I will definitely be back and skip out on sweet green. Updated March 6 to the 14. This place starts putting everything up 1.5 hours before closing. Hard to get service and takes a long time for anything, seeing that everyone is trying to leave on the dot. Isn't this supposed to be done when serving hours are closed? What is the manager doing here?? Service is horrendous and totally unacceptable
Ordered food for my co-workers the other week and I just have to rave able how impressed I was by the professionalism by JC! He had answered all my questions even some I didn't even think of, our food was delivered to us on time and the taste of the foodwas divine, along with the temperature of the food being perfect for all items from cold to hot! We will definitely be orderingfrom this location again! ?? Thank you for all your help JC! Side note: I dug into my food too fast to take a pictureunfortunately but was for a good reason!

I have tried many sandwhiches and have been impressed with the quality of it all. JC and the team are always welcoming and have recommended things on the menu that are their favorites and that never disappoints. JC is always curious about what the needsare for his customers and is great at listening. I appreciate it because some places you can feel so rushed and this place makesyou feel right at home.
This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always fresh as it?s made daily. The portions are always ample and make good second meals. The staff, especially the manager JC and Rochelle are great. I?ve accidentally left my credit card theirtwice and they always have found it and held it for me. I highly recommend this location for fresh food and great service! Thank you!!!
So we ordered Zupa?s via curbside. The order was run out quickly. The Curbside runs along well the curb, and is a lil awkward and not defined very well. It would be better in the nearest parking stalls. The food is beyond fresh and delicious. We love the chocolate covered strawberries! ordering using their app and picking up is a great way to go
This is the loudest place to eat we've ever done. The continuous sliding of chairs is not only distracting, but limited the normal conversation. The small number of food in the customer seems to have no influence on the noise level. The staff moves the chairs either to sweep or mop. Try Rosebuds next door. Get a drink to calm your nerves.

Ordered a Large Southwest Protein Bowl. After waiting 30 minutes for this, I could not be more disappointed. No idea what they made, but it?s far from a large protein bowl?more like a pathetic side salad with a small scoop of cold chicken. Will never eat here again and you should be ashamed at what you are sending out the door.
First time and I liked it very much! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The mushrooms bisque was amazing along with the pesto chicken sandwich! The restaurant was clean! I will definitely come back!
