It is perhaps not quite worth a rating of 5, but 4.5 would be fair. In our week based in Sarvisé, this place was a regular haunt for coffee, for a beer and wine and for lunch on our last full day. I had a...huge excellent steak, which was cooked exactly the way that I wanted it. It was strongly recommended by the waiter who said that the meat came from the local cows that you could see and hear in the nearby fields. It was superb value for €13. My partner had the trout. Again the portion size was very large. It came with a large piece of lean smoked ham/bacon tucked into the belly. I had that for breakfast the next day. It was also very good value at €10. The house wine was a very good Rioja at €6 a bottle or 1 Euro for a glass. Service was very good and they people were very friendly.
Fuimos a almorzar, indica que es brasileña pero en ese momento (las 11.30 h) los estaban limpiando para que no pudiera ser aunque prepararan un buen almuerzo (un huevo frito por cabeza, salchichas, tote de tocino y queso, pecho de tocino..., aunque éramos 4 sólo comimos 3 ya que estaba lleno y sólo probé los platos. Sí, se comieron mucho. Era bueno, el pecho tierno y todo acaba de hacer. El buen trato y el lugar limpio. Un lugar que si paso por ahí volveré.
