Cafeteria Rosa-lar

My husband and I stopped in from a rainy walk through town and watched the locals play cards and dominoes. We had one beer, two glasses of wine, and a coffee with brandy and our bill was less than 5€. Felt like a local, home bar! We would definitely go back if we had more time in town! Bartender spoke great English, even though I was trying to use Spanish : very friendly group!

We arrived here late one rainy evening. Despite the hour, the owner and cook took the time to prepare a special dinner request for us. The wine and food were both delicious. The owner took the time to enlighten us about the area, even including a brief history lesson. We would love to go back one day!

The worst thing in Galicia is that you cannot eat good. In this place, for instance, you can only order some octopus (pulpo), a few very local snacks and... ta-da! That's all! My personal opinion: it's much better to go on other side of the bridge and eat in Asturias...

Good place, delicious food and friendly staff. Nice hamburgers and 'raxo '. And if you like football, it 's your place
