The standout feature of our experience today was the exceptional service. Despite the busy atmosphere of the cafe, our request for hot water was promptly fulfilled. We ordered the big breakfast ($16) and requested an extra plate to share with my mum. The staff graciously divided the meal into two dishes for us, which we greatly appreciated.
While the flavors of the food were average and nothing extraordinary, we had a pleasant overall experience thanks to the excellent service provided by the cafe.
Two simple comments: The meal was very poor. Surely its not too difficult for a cook in an Italian restaurant to do fettucine boscaiola. However, this one massacred it. Could only eat a quarter of it. The place is very noisy, caused by the staff....The guy at the counter was talking very loudly to friends who came into the café and then started shouting to his mate from a nearby shop. Very difficult to carry on a conversation over the loud noise. Never again
they have often passed this caffe and have always been busy. today for the first time in popped and had a great brunch friendly and attentive staff and good menu for a small caffe. the quotations were appropriate and comparable prices. when I am. ordered a cooked meal, was happy with the time to serve. this caffe must have a regular clientele, as many of them were known with names a nice note. I'll call again!
I have been here a few times and finally got to write about it. We have always been served pleasantly and the service is generally very efficient. Congratulations, as we ordered different meals and we got them at the same time. The meals were pleasant...and relatively tasty, but just a tad bland or not prepared with enthusiasm, more by the numbers. Coffee was good

Dropped in for a quick sandwich and coffee. I like a cafe with table service!! Even better....it came with a big friendly smile! Just had a standard sandwich and coffee. The cappuccino was very good, I must say. The shop it's self needs a bit...of TLC. A popular place with the locals and lots of off-street parking and undercover parking, underneath.
This coffee shop-cafe is not far from my home. Located on the street-front and first-shop-in-the-mall, it is opposite a car park with surrounding shops and services. Staff are pleasant, and the baristas produce a good coffee. Coffee and food items are mildly over-priced. But I...still come along.
the staff is very attentive! beautiful family like feeling, and eating was amazing, had the eier benedikt! yum! the coffee definitely the best on this road. must try if she is in the opposite!
The Rotary Club of North Ryde is a big fan of Seb's Caffee Incontro and gathers there often. They appreciate the excellent coffee, food, and service at the restaurant.

Good coffee but unfortunately the scrambled egg was poor. Disappointing when people add heaps of milk to expand the eggs giving a runny scrambled egg.
