I have visited this cafe multiple times with my family during the day. The food is decent, but the overall quality is quite basic. The cafe has a sophisticated atmosphere, but the service can be inconsistent. Despite there being enough staff, orders tend to take longer than expected to arrive. One odd thing is that once you finish your meal, the staff do not promptly clear away the dishes, leaving you with a messy table while you try to enjoy your coffee. While the cafe is aesthetically pleasing, it appears that the staff may lack experience in managing a restaurant effectively.
Disappointed. Have been here a few times both with friends and on my own. Not the best atmosphere and customer service is pretty poor from the older staff. No table service, which could be forgiven but the staff are unfriendly and rude. Would not go again. There is another place to eat round the corner which is so much better.
I have visited the cafe today with my daughter. Very disappointing! The coffee was served 15 minutes before our food. My food was cold. I are some. When we git outside my daughter told me her food was cold as well.
Terrible experience staff were rude the table we booked for 3oclock was not ready we got pushed about and moved from pillow to post no genuine apology just total rudeness from owner it was unorganised chaos

It's OK but never changes. New menu printed and still had same stuff. It gets really busy with a mix of people so we always book
beautiful caffeine in a busy series of shops. friendly and welcome to all staff members. delicious food and delicious food.
The cafe was clean, not to busy, has a disabled toilet which all customers can use and the cafe was lovely and warm.
the personal is super friendly and enthusiastic .. I loved eating .. definitiw back
