I have been a loyal customer of this Nero location for a long time. The staff are fantastic and the coffee is always great. However, this morning (Mother's Day), it was a terrible experience. Not everyone wants to be around dogs while they are eating. What was particularly upsetting was that two dogs were constantly barking. It is clear that the owners are at fault, not Nero, but allowing dogs in the restaurant will now likely limit their customer base. The noise was constant throughout the 20 minutes we were there. It was not a pleasant experience, especially for my son who has sensory issues. It is disappointing that our favorite peaceful Sunday morning coffee spot has been ruined.

The restaurant is kid-friendly, as there were many children inside. The service was quick for takeout orders. The meal type is described as "other" and the price per person ranges from £1 to £10. The food was rated a 1, but the service and atmosphere were both rated a 5. There are plenty of parking options available, including a paid parking lot.
There is something truly special about this place. The staff are always professional and welcoming. The coffee is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic. I have been coming to Cafe Nero for a while now and have never had a bad experience. This speaks volumes about the team. Well done!
