Caffe Nero - Reserva de mesa

Made to feel like a nuisance for asking for allergen information during a visit here today. Tutting. Asking why I needed to know. Diabolical. Even a fellow customer commented on it. The drink I did have was so poorly made too. The only decent thing was the flapjack. I don't like leaving poor reviews but eating and drinking establishments shouldn't be treating customers so poorly when asking for allergen details, particularly given the severity of cases where people have suffered ill consequences. I thought recent legislation had created some change. Clearly not. I won't be returning.

My name is Paul,l am a regular of 10years.The manageress Magda l've known for that period of time.The standard of the service, coffee is excellent. But the last 2 days,there has been no air-con working.The poor staff are exhausted,the customers including myself are not very happy. The first priority is customers. We will go elsewhere if you don't get it fixed. Thankyou. Just a quick update.Still no air-con.So have started taking my own fan in with me.Using their electric.

Staff friendly and helpful (5/5). Coffee average (3/5). The whole place needs a deep clean and redecorating. Toilets in particular were filthy and the urinal actually broken.

Lovely coffees, frappes and muffins. They've also got all sorts of other pastries, but I'm dying for the blueberry muffins which are very delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora

Really like this Nero, probably the best in Manchester(of the ones I’ve been to), nice team, well made drink always, nice vibe and decent Wi-Fi!

It’s consistently good coffee, but seems a little shabby, and is forever too hot the heaters are on all day every day, making it unpleasant.

Care Nero is a popular place. A cozy place with outdoor seating. The drinks and food is a bit pricey in my opinion
