I knew this was going to be nasty when I saw the milk jug. Encrusted. Unlikely to have been cleaned for many hours and consequently contained bits of milk that had been heated and reheated and reheated. As far as I could tell the place had a staff of one. Normally if I saw a milk jug like that, or baristas reheating nasty old milk I would say something straight away. In this case I couldn 't be bothered. The reason why these franchises often make such awful coffee is because they are not staffed properly. Most customers are there to socialise with friends and maybe don 't care if the milk is a bit sour. A staff of one cannot serve customers and keep the place and equipment clean. Considering...
Met a relative there on a Sunday morning for a coffee. The staff were disinterested and noisy. A young man behind the counter was washing dishes and a bull in a china shop would have gone through quieter. Even my relative who is normally a placid person was going to complain as we couldn't hear each other speaking. Eventually the youth dropped some dishes which smashed all over the place and the seemed to put paid to the racket. Then next to us the village idiot seemed to have arrived, he wanted to introduce himself to everybody, especially two English women sat chatting. His voice was loud and embarrassing to say the least. First and only time I would set foot in the place, Avoid it.
Fully negative. I was order today from this cafe.They didn't send the cakes and refuse to get money back. I was have to go back to cafe and said them they have give anything else or get money back.And when I come back they had almost everything what i was order but to lazy to put in the bag. In the muffin which i get that was staple. Inside the muffins which child gonna be eat, the good think i was find it before child get it. Fully negative !! And of course refuse to get back money for delivery.
We were shocked at the cleanliness of this branch on a recent Sunday morning visit. The floors were actually filthy, possibly the worst I have ever seen in any place that sells food! We were one of the first customers through the door, early morning so the dirt was from previous days. What is Cafe Neros policy on cleanliness? Before posting this review I did email them asking but no response.
