Just a bit of advice: I also work in customer service, and I understand that early morning customers can sometimes be a bit demanding. However, at the end of the day, it's the customers who keep your business alive. While I don’t expect a cashier to fully grasp that concept, I thought kindness was a basic human reaction. I ended up waiting outside, even though the door was still unlocked. As time went on, it approached 6:29, and when I finally re-entered at 6:31 AM, she didn’t even acknowledge me. The takeaway from this experience is that if you work in customer service, being nice to people is essential. You never know what someone might be going through. I realize it’s early, and no one...

First off, the vegan elderberry cake was an absolute standout! It was incredibly delicious—moist with just the right balance of elderberry flavor, not too strong but definitely present. It's refreshing to find a place that nails vegan options, and this cake was spot on. The cappuccino was another highlight. It was expertly crafted, with the perfect amount of foam and just the right temperature. As someone who has specific tastes when it comes to coffee, I was genuinely impressed. It was the kind of cappuccino that brightens your day. On the flip side, I feel there’s room for improvement with the staff. They weren’t rude, but they didn’t come across as particularly welcoming either. A frien...

I visited Caffè Nero after arriving at the airport, hoping to pass the time before my train at Back Bay Station. My Lyft driver struggled to locate it, which is understandable since it's tucked away in a high-end mall. After spotting signs for the café on the third floor, I lugged my suitcase up there, only to find it was a private coffee shop for Wayfair employees. I was then sent back to the main floor on the opposite side of the mall—what a hassle! However, if you manage to find Caffè Nero like I did, the interior is quite pleasant, with plenty of seating and outlets available at almost every spot. Unfortunately, the wifi was disappointingly slow, making it difficult for me to get any w...

The customer service was extremely disappointing. I visited on December 2nd, 2023, between 5-6 pm and encountered a staff member whose attitude was as unfortunate as his hairstyle. He wore a mask and spoke very softly, displaying annoyance when asked to repeat himself. He was particularly rude to my mother and forgot her cake order completely. Although he later acknowledged his rudeness and attempted to rectify it by bringing the cake, my mom had already lost interest at that point. While the coffee is excellent, I wouldn't recommend going back; there's a Starbucks conveniently located on the other side of the mall. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best coffee around and the baristas know what they’re doing. I really appreciate you guys! The baked goods and lunch options are also so fresh and an of excellent quality. It’s always our first stop when we visit Copley and the Prudential for shopping. We met friends this time around for breakfast and had plenty of space- kids sat at the a giant wooden table well we relaxed in the armchairs- and have proper ceramic plates and cutlery versus all the plastic and paper around. Keep up the good work. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

This is one of my favorite Caffè Nero locations in the city. It features two spacious seating areas and surprisingly many outlets. There's a bathroom inside the café, as well as plenty more within the shopping center. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a lovely atmosphere. The food and coffee are consistent with other Caffè Neros, so you can expect good quality. My personal favorites are the chai tea latte and the cookie butter croissant.

If you're not a coffee drinker (like me), they also have fantastic smoothies, like this Pinapple Passionfruit one I'm sipping on! You can also get one with caffeine and/or protein powder mixed in for extra. Just be warned: it's a little pricey, but so is anything good these days! I am so grateful to the team here. I love this location, I travel on the subway from across town to spend time in this specific Caffè Nero because they are so kind, genuine, and nice to me. I feel happier after visiting and chilling by the window in such a cozy setting. Thank you! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Reserva una mesa ahora

Cool place. But i was served soy milk instead of oat milk. If you have food allergies, be careful.Dietary restrictions: I was told they would use oat milk for my chai latte, but they used soy milk which I'm allergic too. Be careful.
